From Lincoln Way

Story County Medical Center is located five blocks south of Lincoln Way on 6th Street in Nevada. It is located on the west side of 6th Street between G Avenue and F Avenue.

Parking
Patient and visitor parking is located at the corner of 6th Street and F Avenue directly across the street from the main entrance. Street parking is also available on F Avenue.

Main Entrance
The main entrance of the Medical Center and Long Term Care is located on the south side of the Medical Center off F Avenue. This entrance should be used to access all areas of the Medical Center except the ER, Nevada Medical Clinic and 21st Century Rehab.

Emergency Entrance
The emergency entrance and ER are located on the west side of the Medical Center off of 5th Street.
 

Nevada Medical Clinic
Nevada Medical Clinic is located on the southwest corner of campus at intersection of F Avenue and 5th Street. Its entrance is on the east side of the clinic, just west of the main entrance. Nevada Medical Clinic parking is located on F Avenue on the south side of the clinic.

21st Century Rehab
21st Century Rehab is also located on the campus. Its entrance is on the west side of the building off of 5th Street. Parking for rehab patients is located on 5th Street on the west side of the building.
