SCMC Radiology Department is staffed with Radiologic Technologists
who provide services 24 hours/day, seven days/week. We offer diagnostic imaging
services that include computerized radiography and a multislice lightspeed CT (computerized
tomography) scans. We also have a state-of-the-art c-arm to assist our surgeons
in the operating room. |

SCMC also provides mobile services that include MRI scanning, ultrasound with echocardiography/stress
echocardiography and nuclear medicine with SPECT (single photon emission
computed tomography) imaging. Our Medical Director is a Board Certified
Radiologist with Iowa Radiology, P.C. Our images are interpreted daily by Iowa Radiology,
who also covers Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Office hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, but the Radiology staff
is available for emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends/holidays.
