Clinic History:
Slater Medical Clinic is SCMC's newest addition to its outlying family medical clinics, having opened in January 2005.

Jyl Wonnell, PA-C, and Mary Carr Peterson, PA-C, are the clinic's medical providers. Both providers are committed to serving the general healthcare needs of Slater and the surrounding communities and are very active in community outreach programs such as flu vaccination and blood pressure/blood sugar screenings.
