Visiting Hours

Visiting hours at Story County Medical Center are 8am to 8pm, but can be extended if the patient’s condition warrants, with discretion stressed on the patient's need for rest. Children are permitted, but again we ask your discretion with regard to the patient's condition.

Visiting hours for residents on the Long Term Care unit are not set. Guests are allowed at any time as long as the resident is available to visit.
